Pat Sullivan has over three decades of contracting and construction management experience. As a licensed contractor, Pat owned a construction company for over 10 years. Seeing a need for owner representation in the Homeowner Association (HOA) industry, it was a natural transition for her into construction management in the mid 1990’s.
Pat’s strategic approach and passion for business is second to none. She is able to take each project by value engineering and complete at the best value with the least cost to the HOA. She has managed numerous successful projects and is ready to assist law firms, community management companies and Board of Directors with their construction needs.
